Data we collect

We collect only information you submit or information needed to operate the service.

• Bookings: name, email, phone, selected service, date/time and optional notes.
• Contact: name, email, phone and message.
• Newsletter: email, consent time and consent source.
• Security: IP address and basic request information used to prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to manage appointments and provide requested services, answer enquiries, protect the service from abuse and, only with consent, send newsletters or activate optional analytics and advertising tools.

Recipients and providers

Access is limited to authorised Kaiser Derma Clinic personnel and necessary hosting, email, Google Calendar/Maps providers and, if you consent, Google Analytics or Meta. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Booking records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting/legal documentation and legal claims. Enquiries are removed when no longer needed. Newsletter details remain until consent is withdrawn. OTP codes expire after 10 minutes.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or an electronic copy of data you provided to us. You may also object to its use or withdraw your consent. Contact kaiserdermaclinic@gmail.com.

Do not enter sensitive medical information in the optional notes field. Contact the clinic directly for medical information.
