How do I book an appointment?+
Choose a treatment, package, date and time on the "Book Now" page. Your appointment is confirmed instantly and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Do I need to pay online?+
No. Payment is made in person at the clinic, by cash or card, after your treatment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?+
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a manage-booking link — you'll be asked for a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, so only you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Does laser hair removal hurt?+
We use the Motus AX system (755nm Alexandrite with Moveo technology), designed for painless hair removal — without the discomfort of older laser systems.
What are your opening hours?+
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
